Hardware Details - Site Plan. In some rare cases you will need to hire an engineer in your area for plan review.
#5 Remodeling Plan What's Needed For A Remodeling Drawing	Which ever plan package you choose with a minimum of 1000 sq. ft.	Total square footage price including non heated only applies to the addition. If all remodeling is being done without adding square footage, only the effected area is charged for unless it is under 1000 square feet. Minimum Square Footage Charge is 1000 Sq. Ft. You will be given instructions as to what we will need from you in this particular package.
Site Plan	Add $150.00	Some banks and lending institutions require a site plan showing the property boundary & house location. Site Plan added to package.
#5 & 6 Special Package Prices:		.15 Per Sq. Ft. Package = Floor Plan Only with Dimensions .20 Per Sq. Ft. Package = Floor Plan with Dimensions & All Elevations
